Small gear & consumables
The small gear a training room goes through
22 categories of things that wear out, get used up and are bought again, judged the same way as the equipment: by what they change, and whether the cheaper option already does the job. A part only helps if it matches what you own exactly — a collar is cut for one sleeve diameter and no other, a plate is bored at 30 mm or at 50 mm and never both, and a cable attachment is identified by its pin rather than by a photograph.
