The bottom line A conventional coated cast bell, and the range is what recommends it. Two to twenty kilograms with a colour per denomination is a collection rather than a purchase, and cast iron under neoprene is the arrangement that protects a floor without giving up the density. The gap is the same one the whole shelf has: no handle figures, and no tolerance.

It puts a soft layer between iron and floor, and between iron and furniture. It also covers the casting, so any seam or roughness underneath is not visible. Both are consequences of the coating rather than judgements about this bell.
Yes — it is a cast bell, so a 20 kg is physically larger than a 2 kg and sits differently against the forearm. A competition bell keeps one external size across its range and changes density instead; this is the other kind.
