The fourth of four
Four listings in this family publish the identical range: 5 kg to 60 kg,
adjustable, ergonomic non-slip grip.
Four brands. The same gripper, as far as anything published can tell.
Which makes the real question on this corner of the shelf narrow and
answerable:
- Three of the four add a mechanical counter, and are sold singly or as a
matched pair.
- This one adds four accessories and publishes no counter.
That is the whole difference, and saying so is more useful than manufacturing
distinctions between four listings that give the same numbers.
A gripper crushes. That is one movement, done by the strongest muscles in the
hand.
The set adds the others: a finger stretcher and a chain band that open
the hand against resistance — the extensor side, which nobody trains — and a
grip ball squeezed in the whole palm without a handle.
For a hand that is being rehabilitated or simply used a lot, the opening
movement is the half that matters and the gripper cannot do it.
What the accessories do not have

Four pieces, no resistances. The ten-piece set elsewhere on this shelf
publishes a pound figure for every graded item it contains; this one publishes
one range for the gripper and nothing for the rest.

The British Amazon store carries it too, priced in local currency — which the euro range above leaves out on purpose.
The French, Italian and Spanish Amazon stores were asking more than 1.6× the cheapest country. A gap that wide normally means stock shipped in rather than a seller on the ground, so those figures sit outside the range above.
The American Amazon catalogue lists the reference with nobody selling behind it.
