Why fabric exists

A latex loop rolls.

Put one around the thighs for a squat and it narrows into a cord, rides up and digs in. That is not a defect in cheap bands — it is what a thin elastic sheet does under tension on a curved limb.

A knitted band is wide, and the inner grip strip holds it where it is put. The maker states both, which is the correct thing to lead with on this format.

What fabric costs
