The bottom line The only machine here built for this exercise and nothing else, and it is specified accordingly: both plate standards, nine adjustment combinations, 2 mm of carbon-steel wall and 249.48 kg of rated load — more than any stack on this shelf reaches. It does not publish a footprint, which on a permanent single-purpose machine is the figure a buyer needs first.
Two of the three products in this family are multi-station towers where the leg press is one post among several. This is the other thing: a frame built for one movement.
What that buys is setup. A dedicated machine is configured once and used; a station has to be reconfigured from whatever it was last.
What it costs is a permanent footprint for one exercise.
One-inch posts take standard 30 mm plates. Two-inch posts take Olympic 50 mm.
Most machines take one or the other, and the wrong choice strands an existing plate collection. This one supplies interchangeable posts for both, which is a genuinely useful piece of engineering and is published plainly.

The tube wall thickness, published.
Every frame on this shelf is called steel and this is the only one that says how much of it there is. On a machine that holds 249 kg above a lying body, the wall thickness is the specification that is actually load-bearing.
Three head-pad steps, three backrest steps, three start/end positions.
The last of those is the one specific to this movement: where the sled starts and stops sets the range the knee travels through, which is the difference between a comfortable press and a painfully deep one.
The footprint. On a machine that does one exercise and cannot be folded, this is the figure that decides whether it fits the room.

Because the plates have to fit. A 1-inch post takes standard 30 mm plates and a 2-inch post takes Olympic 50 mm ones, and they are not interchangeable on most machines. This one accepts both, by swapping the post — which means an existing plate collection is not stranded.
How much steel is in the frame. Every machine on this shelf says steel; this is the only one that publishes a wall thickness. On a machine holding a quarter of a tonne over a lying body, it is the number that matters most.
Not published. That is a real gap on a single-purpose machine — it does one exercise and it stands in the room permanently, so the footprint is the figure that decides whether it can be owned at all. The two stations in this family publish one between them.
